Order Processing

We aim to ship all orders the same day on business days for orders placed before 12:00 PM PST. Orders placed:

  • Before 12:00 PM PST (Mon–Fri): Shipped the same day
  • After 12:00 PM PST: Shipped the next business day
  • On weekends or holidays: Processed on the next business day

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email.



Shipping Rates

We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.



Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has been shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • High shipping volumes
  • Other factors outside of our control



Shipping Locations

At this time, AIRYSS ships only within the United States. We may expand shipping to additional countries in the future.



Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.



Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, or if your package appears lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at: contact@airyss.com.

Include your order number and any relevant photos so our support team can assist you quickly. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
