We want you to be fully confident in your purchase, which is why we offer a comprehensive 30-day evaluation period and a dedicated support system to ensure your AIRYSS One™ performs perfectly.

1. Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We invite you to experience the AIRYSS One™ in your everyday life for 30 days. If you find that the device isn't the right fit for your creative needs, we are here to help with a straightforward return process.

To maintain our Zero-Refurbished Standard and ensure every AIRYSS customer receives an untouched, factory-fresh device, we utilize the following protocol:

  • A Quick Verification Video: Before sending your unit back, please send a brief 30-second video to contact@airyss.com showing the device powering on and its general physical condition. This helps us verify the hardware’s integrity and speeds up your approval process.
  • Data Security & Decommissioning Fee: AIRYSS maintains a Zero-Refurbished Policy. We never ship returned units to new customers. Therefore, a fixed 20% Technical Fee applies to all non-defective returns. This covers the specialized labor required to securely wipe internal data, decommission the hardware from our primary inventory, and prepare the unit for our separate certified outlet or recycling programs.
  • Original Condition: To be eligible for a refund (minus the fee), the glasses must be returned in "Like-New" condition, including all original accessories and packaging.

2. Technical Quality Audit

Because AIRYSS hardware utilizes sophisticated AI processors and 2K sensors, every returned unit undergoes a Quality Assurance Audit of up to 30 days.

  • Our Commitment: Our technicians carefully inspect every component to ensure the internal systems were not tampered with and remain functional.
  • Your Refund: Once the audit is complete and the hardware is verified, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. We appreciate your patience while we maintain these high technical standards.
  • Shipping: As a boutique tech brand, we ask that customers cover the return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service for your peace of mind.

3. If Your Order Arrives Damaged (DOA)

We take great care in our packaging, but if your unit arrives with any manufacturing issues or shipping damage, we will make it right immediately.

  • Please let us know within 48 hours of delivery by emailing contact@airyss.com with a photo or video of the issue.
  • Our Promise: For any verified defective units, we will waive all fees and prioritize a brand-new replacement for you right away.

4. Our 1-Year Limited Warranty

Your AIRYSS One™ is built for adventure, and we stand behind our craftsmanship. Every pair of glasses is covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects.

What’s Covered:

  • Battery and charging circuit performance.
  • Internal AI processor and Bluetooth connectivity.
  • Manufacturing defects in the frame or lens housing.

What’s Not Covered: To be transparent, our warranty does not cover accidental damage (like drops or crushed frames), water damage, or normal cosmetic wear and tear that happens during your daily hustle. We encourage you to treat your glasses like the high-end optical tech they are!
